Agreement
By using oh-side-tees.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
The artwork is ours
Every illustration on this site is original work, drawn for Oh-Side Tees. The artwork, the designs, the “Oh-Side Tees” and “Keep Oceanside Sketchy” names, the logo, and the layout and copy of this website are owned by us or our illustrator and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You’re very welcome to look at it, share a link to it, and wear it. You may not reproduce it, print it, put it on merchandise, sell it, use it commercially, feed it to a machine learning system as training data, or create derivative works from it, without our written permission. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — it does not transfer any rights in the design printed on it.
If you’d like to use an image for something, just ask. We’re reasonable people and the answer is often yes.
Buying things
We don’t sell anything on this website. Each product links out to our store on Printify, which handles the order, the payment, the printing and the shipping.
You are buying from Oh-Side Tees as the seller, but the order itself — the checkout, the payment, the printing and the delivery — is placed and fulfilled through Printify’s platform and is governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shown in the footer of that store, alongside Printify’s own Terms of Service. Those store terms are the ones that govern your purchase, and they differ from this page in ways worth knowing: they are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, they require buyers to be 18 or over, and they contain a binding individual arbitration clause with a class action and jury trial waiver. Please read them before you order.
Questions about an order you’ve already placed — where it is, when it ships, a problem with the print — are usually resolved fastest through the Printify store, since that is where the order record lives. You are always welcome to write to us as well and we will help where we can.
Prices, colours and availability
Prices shown on this site are the prices at the time we last updated it, in US dollars, and they may change. The price shown in the Printify store at the moment you check out is the one that applies.
The mockups on this site show how a design sits on a garment. Colour, fabric texture and print position vary slightly between screens, batches and sizes, and the exact shade you receive may differ a little from what your monitor shows. Garment colour and size are chosen at checkout, not on this site.
Designs come and go. We may add, change or retire a design at any time, and we can’t guarantee that anything shown here will stay available.
Using the site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to break into it, scrape it in bulk, overload it, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
Links to other sites
This site links to Printify and to social media. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information. Once you follow a link, that site’s rules apply.
No warranty, and what we’re liable for
This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or completely up to date, and we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited under California law, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer in respect of goods you buy, which are covered by Printify’s terms and by applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.
