Short version: this website doesn’t track you, doesn’t use cookies, and doesn’t collect your personal information. When you buy something, you leave this site and the order is handled by Printify, who have their own privacy policy.
Who we are
Oh-Side Tees is a small, women-owned apparel brand based in Oceanside, California. We sell original artwork printed on tees, tanks, mugs and towels. This policy covers the website at oh-side-tees.com.
Questions about this policy, or about your information, go to hello@oh-side-tees.com.
What we collect on this website
Nothing. That isn’t a figure of speech. This site is a set of static pages. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and has no login, no account and no comment section. We cannot tell who visits, how often, or what they look at.
If you email us at the address above, we obviously have your email address and whatever you chose to write. We use it to reply to you and nothing else — we don’t add it to any list and we don’t pass it to anyone.
The mailing list box
The “Join our mailing list” box in the footer is not connected to anything yet. Typing an address into it does not send it anywhere and does not sign you up. When we connect a real mailing list, we will update this section to say which service we use and how to unsubscribe, before collecting a single address.
When you buy something
Every “Buy this tee” button sends you to our store on Printify, at oh-side-tees.printify.me. We are the seller, but the checkout happens entirely there. Your name, shipping address, email and payment details are given to Printify, not to us — card numbers never touch this website, and we never see them at any point.
Printify processes that order, prints the item and ships it, and handles payment through their own providers. What happens to your information there is governed by the privacy policy in the footer of that store, which names Printify, Inc. as the company collecting and controlling the data. Unlike this website, that store does use cookies and analytics. Please read it at oh-side-tees.printify.me/privacy-policy before you order.
We receive order information from Printify for the orders placed in our store — things like what was ordered and where it shipped — so that we can help if something goes wrong. We use it for that and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it.
Fonts, and the one request that leaves this page
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives the IP address of the device requesting the page, in the same way any website you visit receives it. Google states it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles; their handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy. This is the only third-party request the page makes. There are no ad networks, no social media pixels and no embedded trackers of any kind.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. Since we don’t collect information from anyone, this is mostly a formality, but if you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — California, other US states, the UK or the EU — you may have the right to ask what personal information a business holds about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking.
You’re welcome to exercise those rights with us at any time by writing to hello@oh-side-tees.com. In most cases our honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you. If your request concerns an order, it may be faster to contact Printify directly, since they hold the order record.
We have never sold or shared personal information for advertising, and we have no plans to.
Security
Because this site holds no customer data, there is nothing here for anyone to steal. Order and payment data lives with Printify and their payment processors, who are responsible for securing it.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that changes the picture above — a mailing list, analytics, a shop that takes payment directly — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that change goes live. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
